Program description
When you provide your mobile phone number to Coastline Auto and opt in, you agree to receive conversational and informational text messages from Coastline Auto related to your inquiry. These terms apply to that text messaging program.
Types of messages
Messages are conversational and informational, and may include:
- Replies and follow-ups about your inquiry.
- Appointment and test-drive scheduling and reminders.
- Vehicle availability, pricing, and sourcing updates.
- Related dealership updates tied to your request.
We do not send unrelated marketing or promotional blasts, and providing your number is never a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us and your inquiry.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your carrier for details about your messaging and data plan.
How to opt out — STOP
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, simply opt in again by texting us or submitting our contact form.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide to enroll in our text messaging program.
Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Your mobile opt-in, phone number, and consent data are used only by Coastline Auto to communicate with you. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
